Pit bull and Labrador Mix | Another Dog Adoption

Sit tight because this one is a super cute pup. Her name is Asha and she's a little under a year. I can't play with her yet, because she went after my furiend Tigger, the chiweenie, who is much stronger than me. Nobody got hurt, but we must be careful.
Asha is most likely a pit bull and labrador mix

Gorgeous? What do you guys think?

I warned you she's too cute

With brand new pit bull-labrador Asha's arrival, look what we did to Holly (Cookie), the blue heeler old adoption from last month:

She's a prisoner now.

That's what we do with the old adoptions. We play with them for a while and then we get tired of them and stick them in a cage together.

OMD you didn't seriously believe me, did you? We were at a horse show and we had to be safe for a change. Besides, had we kept up with our barn shenanigans we may have been kicked out. Even Frankie and I were on leash. Imagine that!

Adopt a dog.

  2. We didn't think that you were in jail - we know better than that because we know that at your house ALL of the animals are furry much l♥ved☺

We are sending good thoughts that Asha calms down and gets her poop-in-a-group soon so she can have a little more freedom!

  4. Oh my, Asha is a looker! She does look like she might need a little attitude adjustment, but Betty needed one when she first arrived too. Eh, I think most who come from a scary situation do. I still have to put the smack down on Betty when she tried to get my attention by biting my back fat...

  6. Hi Twinkie, no we didn't believe you for a minute - we know fine well you would never stick your rescues in a cage!

  7. Asha is beautiful!

Mom says she grew up with horses and agrees, it's best not to get underfoot of them! Her dog growing up was an Australian Shepard who was once picked up by Grandpaw's horse who reared up and dropped her. They never were friends!

  8. I am SURE that Asha will settle down and learn all the lessons you and Linguini and Frankie B have to teach. You are all good at that teaching stuff.
Didn't Frankie B get to ride in the horse show. I am sure that would have been a BLUE Ribbon Winner!!!
Hey Twinkie, what ever it is that you have cooking in the mighty brain of your... go ahead and ASK ME ABOUT... heck the worst I could say is No... butt I'd do it in a kind and gentle way... Let your thoughts fly and be free. I'm just sayin'.
PeeS I wasn't worried about you being locked up. You are all too well behaved for that.

Oh, do I see a "pink" ribbon on your blog. Not all girls like pink so what is your fav color? Do you know where that story behind the pink ribbon came from? On my blog list, to go the last one, Adventours of Harry, click 2010 and read the post Dear Mom.

  24. That is a cute pup, but be careful until she gets some training under her collar. Don't want our Twinkie friend (or Frankie) to get hurt. Cages and leashes are for the birds, but at least they DO seem to give us a chance to go places we wouldn't otherwise get to go to... The CCC

  25. Twink!!

Asha is gorgeous. We just loved the video of you guys and the horse. It reminded Mommy of how Samantha used to play with the horses when they went to the country.

Congratulations on your 100th post. It does kinda grow on you doesn't it. Mommy also loved the story of why you blog. Smaw for us.

  31. Hi Twink,

This sweetie pie Asha looks nearly exactly like my first doggie Judy who was a pitbull/lab mix.

We hope you she settles down and you can hang out with her!
