As for the rest of us, cats and dogs, we feel quite safe when the chihuahua puppy's constrained like that.

    Boy, he does have that cute thing down, doesn't he? Personally, I've found that there is a much greater demand for puppy straitjackets than is generally talked about. I'm just saying...
