We got to play in a vast, overgrown field
We made some new furiends and we invited them to GABE
They are going to ask their mothers for permission
I picked a fight, because I'm ornery
Hear me roar!
We were hanging at the edge of our seat (M) as spectators
On our way back to the car, we visited some more beautiful horses
We didn't really want to go home
But that was only because I didn't know we'd be getting juicy bones when we got back.
Overall, a most excellent day! Thanks to M's peanut, we got to go out and enjoy ourselves for a change. Did I mention I'm on my way out the door this morning? Um, I'm going to the horse barn! BOL Have a grrreat Sunday!
Twink!
Oh gosh! That does look like a Most Excellent day! I can't believe you picked a fight with horses, though! They're like a quadrillion billion times bigger than you are! You be Most Careful, 'kay?
ReplyDeleteWiggles & Wags,
Mayzie
What a fun day Twink!
ReplyDeleteWe LOL'd at your video! Those horses were looking at you like, what is that little creature down there?! heheh
Enjoy your Sunday!
Twink, sounds like a nice outing outing with your mom. I loved listening to you grumble at those horses. You are my spicy little tamale!
ReplyDeleteMom hopes to make it down there in the next couple weeks. Maybe you could show me and the girls your barn where you likes to play.
Love,
Gunther
Spicy Little Tamale???? Whooooie. That Gunther sure can turn a phrase.
ReplyDeleteTwinkie and Frankie B., you had a grrreat day watching the Peanut. I hope she did well.
Now about all those stranger two leggers.. laying on the hands thingy... that drives Gunther Cracker Dawg Crazy, you know. I'm just sayin'.
I really really enjoyed this post.
You picked a fight with a horse??? I can't believe!!! Dog...you have a bad case of little dog syndrome! oxox
ReplyDeleteRambo
Wow - you are small but mighty! Picking a fight with a horse that outweighs you like 400 to 1?? Now that's spunk!!
ReplyDeleteSnorts-
Brutus the Frenchie
Hehehe...and ROAR you did! Way to tell those horses all about it! ;)
ReplyDeleteKisses,
Nala
Twinkie, I don't know I I buy into that whole "roar" thing...Your tail was wagging the whole time. If you want them to know you mean business, keep that still next time!!!
ReplyDeleteYou are too cute!!!
That's pretty cool that you go to horse shows. I got shocked by an electric fence that held in a horse when Mommy & I went for a walk when I was about 5 months old. I've been afraid to get anywhere close to a horse since then. I don't bark. I just sit quietly and keep my bark turned off.

Looked like a great outing Twink! Liked your Chi-Waa-Waa attack video. haha. You are fierce! BOL.
Have a good time at the barn.
XXX-Hootie
Looks like a lot of fun, although you should be careful who you decide to pick a fight with, Twink. Those horses are a lot bigger than you.
ReplyDeleteHey, our human brother and sister-in-law are both USC alums.
Woos - Phantom, Thunder, and Ciara
Good job letting those horses know who's the boss!
ReplyDeleteThose horses sure were pretty. I think perhaps you were a tad jealous? Just a thought, but those fierce sounds seemed a bit over the top. Obviously the horsies were unimpressed.
ReplyDeleteHow did you score such a HOOGE juicy bone?
Slobbers,
Mango
Twink, it looks like you and Frankie had a big day! I have to agree, you should really choose your battles wisely. Mom's Australian Shepard was picked up off the ground by one of her horses once and Mom says she saw Speck's life flash before her eyes!
ReplyDeleteI am drooling over that bone!
Bunny
Looks like a fun day!
ReplyDeleteThough I'm still not sure of those horses...
Duchess
wow very cool day you had. I would want to smells those horses hineys to make sure they were nice before approaching. You sure are brave
ReplyDeletebenny & Lily
I think if you look in the dictionary under "bemused", you would see a picture of those horses watching you, Twinkie.
ReplyDeleteOh The Roar Of The Mighty Twink!
ReplyDeleteMe thinks some of them do 'things' bigger than woo sometimes!
Thanks fur sharing your day!
Hugz&Khysses,
Khyra & Khousin Merdie
Wooos Twink! Woo those horsies looked big and scary to me, but woo were very brave! And of course woo all were the center of attention, how else could it possibly be?
ReplyDelete~puppy kisses~
-Kira The BeaWootiful
That looks like a ton of fun. We miss living next to horses - the dogs found them fascinating...
ReplyDeleteHi, Twinkie!
ReplyDeleteSure you had lots of fun there! I am sure M's peanut did it great!
A fight with horses? Sure you don't know fear!
Juicy bones! Yummy!
Kisses and hugs

What fun! A day with horses and then a tasty treat. Who could ask for more?
ReplyDeleteTwink great pictures of you and Frankie at the horse show. Your wagging tail gave you away you weren't roaring at the horses you were flirting with them. Madi and Mom
ReplyDeleteWhat a great adventure. The only place we went was to get our nails ground.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your adventure today.
Love Ruby & Penny
OMD Twink, that is one seriously great bone!!! What kind is is it? We like to chew on chicken wings...
ReplyDeleteYou are such a brave girl to growl at those giant horses... wish we could go on outings to barns and horse places
xo the kiddlets
hummmmmmmmm, we're not so sure that you should be antagonizing the horsies, Twink! They're a whole lot bigger than you are!
ReplyDeleteLove ya lots
Maggie and Mitch
What pretty horses.
ReplyDeleteTwinkie, you are so brave standing up to those big horses like that.
I wouldn't want to leave either. :) How did M's peanut do in the show?
