Extra Extra, Read All About It
Starting June 26th, 2010, all horse shows will require the presence of a canine companion at the gate. There will be no announcers without a dog. The new prerequisite for the announcers will be strictly enforced, and any booths found without dog treats will be yellow taped on the spot. For those overwrought by the new legislation, tough!

And we don't think it should just be limited to horse shows. Shopping malls, grocery stores, posts offices, restaurants - all humans should be required to have a pup to watch over them at all times!

Hehehehe...I SO love this new law! ;) I also think that all the people who clean the track ?? after the horses are done should have dogs as helpers...ya know, all that horse candy should not go to waste! ;) Shhh, don't tell Mom I said that.
