M's defense attorney: Your honor, everyone surrounding Ms. M is opposed to her keeping all of the kittens including their mom.
Prosecution: Ehem. I would like the cons stated for the record. M has three cats already and they don't get along. She also has three dogs that occasionally get attacked by the cats. If she keeps the entire litter and their mother, M is going to end up with NINE cats. No outdoor cat enclosure is going to save her.
Suspect #1
Name: Trouble
Age: 48 days
Color: tuxedo kitten
Race: feline
Gender: male
PROS: Trouble is special. He's the only male. He has a beauty mark and a goatee. He eats out of M's hand. He runs to greet M every time she enters the nursery. Trouble can do the splits.
Suspect #2
Name: Alley Alarm aka Allie
Age: 48 days
Color: pointed kitten
Race: feline
Gender: female
PROS: Allie is a riot. She's the wildest of the bunch and she keeps changing colors. She's got white and fawn toes. M loves a good challenge.
Suspect #3
Name: Lolita aka Loli
Age: 48 days
Color: calico
Race: feline
Gender: female
PROS: She's the baby. Loli spends her days on her back sucking on her toes. Sometimes, she rushes and attacks her siblings. M finds this behavior adorable.
Suspect #4
Name: Teddy Smudge (did somebody mention cute kitten names?)
Age: 48 days
Color: pointed dilute calico kitten
Race: feline
Gender: female
PROS: Her name, for starters. She's also a quiet kitten that gets along with everyone. She's got a cute goatee, and amazing markings.
Suspect #5
Name: Puddles, named after you-know-who
Age: 48 days
Color: calico kitten
Race: feline
Gender: female
PROS: She is nuts over M. Puddles runs to greet M and then rubs herself all over her purring. She was the first of the kittens to purr at the human touch. She loves kitten treats.
Suspect #6
Name: Farrah, aka Mama
Age: under a year most likely
Color: charcoal and white with beautiful markings
Race: feline
Gender: female
PROS: M bonded with Farrah the minute she arrived. Even though Farrah attacked M, rather aggressively causing quite a bit of damage, M feels Farrah was just being protective of her angels. She's worried about her the most since she may be the hardest to socialize in our multi-pet cross breed home.
At the moment, M cannot bear the thought of breaking up this bundle of cuteness, help her do the right thing.
Defense and Prosecution attorneys rest their case. It's up to you, the jury now.

well... we think the kittens are so cute, but cuteness should not determine if you keep them!
Your mom has a hard decision to make, all the the kitties and their mom are just to sweet. Plus your mom saw them when they were just born. Hard Hard Hard....
We hope everything turns out just like its supposed to!

We can understand how M feels, but 9 is a whole lot of kitties. If very good homes can be found, we think it's probably best to let some of them move on. Of course, finding new homes for kitties is not always the easiest thing to do....so who knows what'll happen.
lotsa licks, Lola
Well, people may start calling your mom the crazy cat lady if she keeps them all! What about seeing if people are interested in certain kittens when they come to meet them? I'm sure she'd feel good about the kittens going to homes that would truly cherish them and treat them right.

P.S. Twink, you know which one you can mail to me! We need a Puddles of our own, too! That'd be a two for one deal!
We are going to have to submit our jury selection form with lots of good reasons to be absolved of service. We worry that we might anger our good pal Twink.
Woos ~ the OP Pack
We want all the babies and the momma to stay together with the Twinkie pack. We just do.

Oh gosh. I think you might end up with a hung jury. My mom just can't bare to think of these cuties being separated but we think it would pawesome if they all found homes of their own to rule. My mom went ga-ga over Teddy Smudge but me and Banjo already told her we ain't sharing the litter box with a cat!

Oh my word are those little kids adorable...
Benny & Lily
They are adorable! If vet bills and shredded furniture are not an issue, keep them all!

There is NO WAY in H-E-Double Hockey Sticks, that my Mom could ever get rid of those cute babies. I think it would be great to keep all of them. Each one is just so special.
That is a lot of kitties though so I understand if you can't, but....
Love, Cupcake
Just think that there are 6 families somewhere who could use some kitten love!!
And the new Porsche you can buy with the money you save on vet bills! :)
How adorable the kitties are! We hope that loving families are looking to add kitties to their homes. That's a lot of kitties for one family to keep!
Love ya lots

Hello sweeties, yes we did rather lose touch for a little while didn't we.
What a dilema, Mum is just melting with kitten cuteness syndrome. They are all so beautiful.
We are certainly glad we dont have to choose but we would probably try and find homes for them in twos - or keep them - eeek!
Wags, Dip Bridge and Elliot xx
I say, keep Pudles and get rid of da rest.
Khyra will takes da rest but send hers a complimentary napkin.
Puddles
Seriously, just look at those cute faces! How can you give them away?? We thinks they should all be kept together!

Tell your Moms to go with what her heart tells her to do. Our Moms would have probably kept them, but then she's big into rescue. Let us know what she decides.
Happy Weekend!

What beautiful kittens. I know that your mom wants to keep them but if she is able to find them great new homes that would probably be best. Just think of some family waiting to welcome an adorable kitten into their family and your mom could make them happy by doing that. But only if she is sure they will provide a great life for the kitten the rest of its life. The kittens have the best shot of finding a great new home when they are babies and everyone wants a cute little kitten. Good luck with your decison.
I would likes to submit my order for four of them, please. What? Oh, mom just said no. First NO chin-chilly-yah and now NO baby kittehs. Life is very much unfair.
Okay, this is what we think. We thinks that maybe it gets hard to gives 12 furry kids all the attentions they need and deserve. Not that it's impossible - no. But we thinks your M gotta asks herself what's best for the kittehs. If they can finds loving homes where they can be the center of attention (and what kitteh doesn't luv that?), then that might be for the best.
But your M is a very very good pawson with a good heart and if she wants to keeps them all, we'll back her up a million percent!

well, i know M has lots of lovins to give to ya'll, but 9 kitties is kind of a lot!! and i just kind of think it's wrong to have a higher kitty to doggie ratio. teehee. ;) seriously, i bet there are some nice and kind hoomans that are lookin' for a kitty to call their own, so i think you should see if those hoomans and miss farrah and her kitties like each other!

Woooos! Mom says we will take Allie or Smudge, those are her favorites, especially knowing woo are keeping Puddles.

Ruh roh! Hey! I don't want to see your mom on the crazy cat lady show on animal planet. Best to share the wealth, right?
Slobbers,
Mango
Don't they have laws in that sunny state you live in about how many cats you can have? Since you are one of my bestest ever furiends, Twink, I say M should get rid of em as fast as she can! And if she doesn't you can come and live at my house.
Snuggles,
Twix
