Tying Can To Dog's Tail

Straight out of the Pittsburgh Legal Journal, I learned the following:
Therefore, I refrained from being a tyer (tying a tin can on Pedrito's tail) and used plain masking tape. The tiny terrorista is still here . . .

. . . but I cannot guarantee to show that much restraint regarding the kittens!

There was no 'lethargic bull dog' present, so I don't think you would have been doing anything wrong, if we read this correctly. Just saying... ;-)

Torture for the terrorista? Our human sister's dog has a serious tail issue. Her poor tail has been taped over and over for weeks now but it got so badly infected and bruised that now she is going to have to have it docked. Poor girl.

Using that masking tape could be one way to keep the little one busy:)

Ain't the law grand ;)

Sadly, not sure the effect would be much different today, if such a case could even get in to court.

Love the judge's dense, not to say turgid, prose, though. Thanks for bringing this case to our attention.
