I admit, I'm a compulsive hitchhiker. Yesterday, a day predicted to be cold and wet, M decided to take Frankie and me for a stroll at the world-famous Santa Monica Promenade (known for its weekly farmer's market, cool and diverse dining, shopping, and terrific street performers). Walking was tough, the throng was scary for someone as tiny as me.
Soon, I felt tired and cold and I did something I shouldn't have. I hitched a ride in somebody's shirt, again. Dear furiends, beware, the photos that follow are ones of great violence and not intended for those who scare easily, like me.
At first, Frankie and I were both offered the lift
Were we doing the right thing? I wondered
When it was just me, I started to ponder
How safe was this?
That's when The Chin started to approach me

Thanks for the advice Twinkie. I'm glad you got away safe and you're looking to break your habit. I'll make sure to warn Mr. B. and Miss M. not to be hitchhiking in any shirts.

Oh TWINKIE! I was so skeered for you. Little girlfriend, never, ever, ever hitchhike. That was one of the first things Brudder Ranger taught me. Do what we do. If someone offers you a ride, look at 'em like they've all of a sudden grown a second head and then go hide behind your mom.
Whew! I'm so glad things turned out okay. But don't ever make me Most Skeered like that again!
